Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased.

To request a return, customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used nail products

  • Gel polish, dipping powder, acrylic powder, or liquids that have been opened

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Special order products

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit after reviewing the issue.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. In some cases, store credit may be provided.

Shipping Returns (Online Orders)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for unopened items within the return period, subject to product availability.
