At WOO Nail Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality professional nail products and excellent customer service.

Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements if:

• You received the wrong item.
• An item arrived damaged during shipping.
• An item is defective upon arrival.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all gel polish, dip powder, acrylic powder, liquids, and opened or used products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
